Cloud Backup – The Good, The Bad and The Ugly

If you’ve used cloud backup long enough, then you know what I’m talking about in this post.  I’ve personally used many of the “so called” cloud backup services and I’m not impressed with many of them.  In fact, I’ve had bad experiences of one type or another with just about everyone of them, even the ones I like. It’s often how the problem is handled by support that determines how badly I wan’t to smash their terms of service because none of them will ever guarantee their service.
